Purchased (4) Rockville ROCKSTRIP 252 LED DMX RGB Color Strip DJ Wash Up Light Bars+Bags.
DID NOT come with the 4 DMX cables as described. Emailed 4 times about the missing cables. Kept getting the run around. Final they agreed the 4 cables were suppose to be included and would have them shipped.
9 days go by and NO cables... emailed again and they said they would not be able to send cables and I could return system. WHAT the?!#@#@!. Don't BUY from these IDIOTS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Flashy website with reasonable prices on audio products but my goodness! Slow shipping, had to email to get answers. Website is misleading saying all orders ship same or next day. They either don't have the inventory or they really don't care once you order. Lots of praise about their own products. I sure hope that once my speakers do finnaly show up they are decent product. I would not order from Rockville Audio/ Audio Savings ever again. May have to dispute the charges with my credit card.

Only had the system for not even 3 months and 1 of the subs blew and the amp went into protect mode yesterday I tried to reset it and its the same thing as before. I personally am not purchasing anything else from rockville.
If only I had read some of the reviews prior to placing my order!
I purchased 2 rockville party speakers. Now the speakers themselves were ok, or should I say the one I tried. Not as load as you would expect but OK. I never even
Unpacked the second one as I was so frustrated with the run around I kept getting regarding the shipment that I sent them back and purchased another set from someone else. In a nut shell I purchased them and received a shipping notification the next day. 6 days later no updates. When I questioned customer service they could only tell me that they shipped. Now they also said they may be sitting in a FedEx trailer at there warehouse or the trailer could be at the fed ex hub, But they could not tell me where they actually were. Only that it was a Fed Ex issue. Now 10 days and 4 reps later the story remains the same. Its all Fed Ex's fault. Well That as far as I'm concerned is completely unacceptable. You would think that after 2 weeks this trailer should have been located? Now this whole time the web site kept stating that there could be a 1-2 day delay in shipping. And whenever I called them out on the delay. The response was always the same.
So while I cannot really knock the product. I can tell you to shop elsewhere. It will save you weeks of headaches. FYI I did receive them after 3 weeks. The 2 stars are for the return process. It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst.
AUDIO SAVINGS/ROCKVILLE AUDIO is a perfect display of incompetence and shady business practices. I am currently tied up in a month-long ordeal with these people. I bought some product from them just about a year ago and had every intention of finishing the system in my work truck through them. That is until now. I told my family about a system that I had put in my work truck and they were telling me how they did not have the money to put decent sounds in the van. So I purchased some gear and was going to do it for them on their visit. I spent a lot of time on the phone and in chat rooms and on emails with these people to make sure everything went off without a hitch. I have order confirmation emails from these folks. I have shipping confirmation emails from these folks. I have emails of delivery dates that have now come and gone from these folks. Two weeks ago when I questioned them about the lack of movement on the tracking I was told " oh! We are so sorry for your inconvenience. Let me check on that and get you some answers and I will get back to you". Well, that never happened. A couple of days after that I had someone on the phone that insisted my product had been loaded on a truck on May the 11th and that FedEx just never picked up the truck. I really doubt FedEx is in the habit of leaving loaded trucks sit around for a week. Three times now I've been on the phone with these folks and they said "oh well let's just give it a couple days to see if there's any movement on the tracking and we'll get back to you". And of course no one gets back to you. Every time I talk to some one it is the same runaround, "Oh! I'm so sorry for your inconvenience. Let me check on that and I will get back to you". I think I am well past the baker's dozen on "Oh! We are so sorry for your inconvenience. Let me get you some answers and get back to you".
I ordered the product amazing 9th or the 10th. I received a confirmation email about the order. On May the 11th I received emails stating that both of my packages had shipped. Two separate tracking numbers included in those emails. The wiring kits showed up on the 13th. At this point I have been following the tracking information and already know that my product is still sitting in New York. On May 17th I received another email stating that my package would arrive by the end of the following day. Having been using the tracking number and knowing that my package was still sitting in New York I had my doubts. But, I took May the 18th off work to receive the package in person for security reasons. May the 19th rolls around family rolls into town and all of the disappointment and melee begins. Dealing with the stress and disappointment brought on by my business with Rockville audio/audio savings lead to a very ugly weekend. They have now long gone and I have at least one family member that swears they will never visit my home again.
Today May 25th I was able to get some one on the phone to look into this. THIS! THIS IS WHAT IT SAID..." Oh! I am so sorry for your inconvenience. Let me look into this for you. Oh! It looks like your order was never placed ( which is odd seeing as how I have an order#344256 confirmation. I have a laundry list of correspondence insisting that my package would be here.) And it continues..." What I can do for you today is reorder it and you should get it in a couple of weeks. Or I could refund your money".
REALLY? After all of the stress, grief, and misery that this stupid stereo system has caused me? After the falling out with my family over this stupid stereo I'd literally set for an hour contemplating suicide. But, it sure is nice to know that RA/AS is " so sorry for your inconvenience."
To anyone considering Rockville audio or Audio savings ( being the parent company), I say to you... JUST SAY NO!
PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF AND STRESS. I ASSURE YOU IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
I don't normally do reviews - but I thought this needed to be said. I bought 2 RPG12BTV2 from Amazon. Both arrived but one was wrong model - Amazon gave me a refund. This was not Rockvilles issue. The second one did not work from the beginning. This is where the issues begin - since Amazon would not refund a second time I went to the Manufacturer- this initially was a little painfull. Phone calls - waiting for tech support to call back several days - I was getting a little steamed. Finally I got a tech and got an RMA. I happened to be working very near the RMA center so I went to bring the RPG12BTV2 back directly. When I got in the building I was introduced to Michael- he took my RMA and got it expedited for me. They had it fixed later that day and and I picked it up the next day. Michael did a great job for me and now time will tell when I put this to work. I know other people have had some horrible experiences mine wasn't too horrible. But they could do a better job up front with customer service - buy my in person experience was great.
Only had my speakers for just over a year sound went out and will do nothing about it. I emailed them and they said it was out of warranty and have nice day. Really $250 and you can't even suggest maybe a discount towards the next one or something. But I'm going to right this review in hopes of don't buy online at least through this company. Better off buying something in store at least you can go back to the store.
I advise check your product purchase a KPS12 got a KPS10 with a KPS12 stamp Audiosavings.com bad biz
DON'T waist your time or money the products you buy are cheap and will stop working with in a few days of having it RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Every aspect of my tm150 purchase was a disgrace to ANY business. Worst customer service ever. Worse than dealing with the inbreds of Wal-Mart. Highly recommend avoiding at all cost.
Sent me in the box a European charger. Still waiting after 3 months for an American charger. Tell me it's covid and parts department is backed up... I'm sure it is backed up. They are playing video games. I'm sure. Stay away... and they sell on Amazon, my next tour for remuneration.
2nd stereo is crap, customer service very hard to get, hours are some short hours every other Thursday only if you pick your nose with your left hand... or something like that. Helpful if you can actually every talk to someone. Doesn't change the fact that now i have to tear my dash apart for the 3rd time because their product doesn't work. Buy elsewhere.
Product received did not work. No one in the company would answer phones within 8 hours. No return of email for 24 hours or longer.
Rockvilleaudio is a good place to shop from the 10 inch woofer with built in amp worked great under the seat on my pickup
